Policy
Silk & Ginger regret that due to insurance reasons we are unable to treat or allow children under the age of 14 on our premises.

Salon attire
For your comfort we will always provide you with disposable underwear. We would recomend you wear them during spray tanning, body wraps & polishes. There is no requirement to wear them during massage treatments.

Parking
CentrePoint Plaza has ample free car parking.

Late arrivals
To make the most of your visit, we would ask you to please arrive 15 min prior to your appointment time. In the event that you are runnung late, we will attempt to conduct your full treatment. However, please note that treatment time may be shortened.

Cancellation
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call our reception, who will only be too happy to reschedule your appointment. In consideration to other guests, we request a mininum of 24 hrs cancellation notice, it is with regret that failure to do so will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Payment
Payments can be made by cash, laser or credit cards.
